How do the pods work?
- THE BOTTLES ARE UNIQUELY DESINGED AND THE SCENTED PODS HAVE A TINY HOLE WHICH LINES UP WITH THE TINY HOLE ON THE SPOUT AND WHEN YOU SIP THE SCENT INFUSES WITH YOUR WATER. THE SCENT IS SUBTLE AND REFRESHING!

How long do the pods last?
- SCENTED PODS LAST BETWEEN 10-15 LITRES. KEEP POD IN SEALED AIRWATER BAG AFTER OPENING.

How long does delivery take?
- DELIVER IS SUPER FAST WITH THE COURIER GUY. USUALLY DELIVERY TAKES BETWEEN 1-2 DAYS NATIONWIDE!ORDERS OVER R1000 ARE FREE DELIVERY NATIONWIDE.

Are all the bottle designs the same?
- NO WE HAVE DIFFEFENT DESIGNS. PLEASE REFER TO THE INTRUCTIONS IN THE BOX EXPLAINING HOW TO ATTACH THE POD CORRECTLY.

Am I only drinking water, or is there more to it?
- You are only drinking water. The water inside the bottle remains pure and unchanged. Nothing is added to the water — no sugar, no sweeteners, and no calories. The pods use natural ingredients such as fruits, herbs, and spices to release scent-based flavour.

How can I tell if I’m using my AIRWATER ® Bottle correctly?
- AIRWATER® isn’t used like an ordinary bottle — and that’s exactly the point.
If you’re wondering whether you’re using it correctly, here’s how to tell:
😋 You notice flavour, even though it’s just water
This is the main indicator that everything is working as it should.
If your water seems to have a flavour like Cherry Kola, Peach, or another pod — without anything being mixed in — that sensation comes from scent, not additives.
How does that work?
The water itself stays completely plain.
As you drink, the aroma travels from your mouth to your nose, and your brain translates that scent into flavour.
✨ You feel or hear light bubbling while drinking
That bubbling sensation is normal — and important.
What’s happening?
Small air bubbles are formed as you sip. These bubbles help carry the scent through your mouth and up to your nose.
Keep in mind:
No bubbles means no aroma — and without aroma, there’s no flavour experience.

What’s the process for returning my order?
- Changed your mind? No problem.
You can return your order within 7 days of receiving it.
Please note the following:
- Bottles may not be returned if they have been opened
- Pods must be unopened to qualify for a return
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
